Day 85 - Rainbow carrots!

I found these awesome carrots at our local Metro. They were packaged together as a bag of colourful carrots. There were purple, yellow, white and good old orange carrots. I cooked these in the steamer with lima beans above rice which caused the rice to turn purple! All I hope is that there carrots aren't scarily genetically mutated to get them to look this way. If I start to glow green I will let you know. Right now though I would suggest trying these carrots - they are pretty and tasty :)
