Day 32 - Avo on Toast!

The Little Diva and I spent a wonderful day hanging out with Granny and Misty! We had a yummy lunch that I had to share - I didn't personally build it - but I have in the past and will again soon as I have ripe Avocado's.

Ingredients:
Toast
Ripe Avocado
Salt and Pepper

What ya do:
Slice open the Avo and remove the pit and peel. Pop the avo in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spread this over warm toast and enjoy! I will add a photo when I make this later this week :)
